Sorry to hear folks are having trouble reading the magazine online. Here are a couple ideas:
Use your mouse to move the cursor over the magazine text (it will change to the shape of a magnifying glass). Click, and the text will get bigger. If your mouse has a scroll wheel, scrolling forward will make the text even larger.

You can also click here to go to a format you can print out.

My husband,who suffered from Parkinson’s and depression took his life after being ill for over 5 years and bedridden for 8+ months. His only choice was to stop eating and drinking.
