		<description>I face a slow decline in health due to pulmonary fibrosis. This disease slowly reduces the
ability of the lungs to expand and contract,concequently , air flow is reduced,oxygen is not absorbed and carbon dioxide builds in the body. This causes intense panic as one suffocates. Having cared for my father as he suffered and died of a simmular disease, I
see a need for relief at that point in my disease. I can find ways on my own to accomplish
this but would prefer professional expertise. I hope for a positive outcome from the court.</description>
