| This chapter covers the eastern part of Pennsylvania and all of Delaware. Currently, we have been campaigning to have the Pennsylvania legislature pass a bill that would create a computerized registry of all health care declarations signed by Pennsylvania citizens. The bill would require that in an emergency a physician unable to communicate with a patient query the registry to learn the patient's wishes for medical care.
