Compassion & Choices’ savvy staff and dedicated grassroots supporters are powering comprehensive end-of-life care closer to reality in Connecticut, where voter support for medical aid in dying tops 60%.

In just three years, our intensive grassroots campaign has identified and mobilized supporters in every single legislative district in the state. In 2016, we’re intensifying our ground efforts to put end-of-life issues front and center in November’s general election and the 2017 legislative session.

2016 Education and Awareness Campaign Needs Your Support

Help us build momentum for end-of-life choice in Connecticut: Contact campaign manager Tim Appleton at [email protected] or 800-409-3137 to learn more.
