Despite going further than any medical aid-in-dying bill has in the state before, HB 160, the Delaware End of Life Options Act was not voted on by the State House before the close of the 2017 legislative session. Thanks to the hard work of Compassion & Choices staff and volunteers, in conjunction with the work of bill sponsor, Rep. Baumbach, it will retain its place on the legislative calendar for the upcoming session in January 2018.
