Idaho Bill History

2018

In 2018, Compassion & Choices and Legal Voice filed a federal lawsuit on behalf of four Idaho women. The lawsuit, Almerico et al. v. State of Idaho et al, challenges the constitutionality of an Idaho statute that invalidates a person’s advance directive for end-of-life care if they are pregnant. Read more here.
