Nebraska Bill History

2017

On January 17, 2017, Senator Ernie Chambers (I-North Omaha) introduced Legislative Bill 450, the Patient Choice at End of Life Act. The bill carried over to January 2018 and is now indefinitely postponed.

Senator Chambers first introduced his Patient Choice at End of Life Act in 2016, but it failed by a vote in the House Judiciary Committee.
