As you may know, Compassion & Choices is the oldest and largest organization working to improve care, expand options and empower everyone to chart their end-of-life journey – a cause that is very important to me.
Together, we'll get to celebrate many of the extraordinary people behind their greatest victories and meet the next generation of leaders and storytellers in the end-of-life movement. I know it will be an extraordinary event.
