Informational meetings — Compassion & Choices California can come discuss end-of-life topics at organizational or community meetings. Options include panel discussions, presentations on relevant topics (e.g. legal, medical or religious perspectives), short videos, Q&A sessions and readings by prominent authors in the field. We’ll work with you to come up with a program that best suits your needs. Contact us at 866.825.8967 or [email protected] to make arrangements.

Share your Story

Personal narratives helped fuel our success in California and other states. Sharing yours can help improve care and expand end-of-life options across the country. Tell us about a friend or family member’s experiences — or your own — and be sure to incorporate your thoughts and opinions. We offer complete confidentiality and happily accept anonymous stories.

Complete your Advance Directive

An advance directive is an official document to let medical personnel know your end-of-life preferences and the person you’ve chosen to make medical decisions on your behalf if you become incapacitated. Click here to find the most current advance-planning resources from the state of California. Also, check out C&C’s Good To Go Toolkit and Resource Guide, which can help you identify your end-of-life priorities and ensure that your wishes are honored. Learn more about advance planning here.
