Compassion & Choices Iowa has active groups in Des Moines, Cedar Rapids and Davenport, and now, a death-with-dignity bill is being considered in your legislature this session! Click here to sign our petition and support aid in dying in Iowa.

We also distribute information at public events such as fairs and conferences. Volunteers are always welcome, no matter where they live in Iowa. Our board has been working on a strategy to locate like-minded people regarding expanding end-of-life choice in Iowa. We know from nationwide polling that the majority of citizens want the option of a peaceful death if they are terminally ill and suffering.
