History

The Patient Self-Determination Act (SB 366) was introduced in 2015 by Senators David Parks (D-Las Vegas) and Ben Kieckhefer (R-Washoe). Unfortunately, the Health Committee chair denied the bill a hearing date, thus halting any advancement.
